The SIP Trunking service will replace your PSTN or ISDN lines with a SIP Trunk, which utilises your Broadband Internet Connection.
A SIP Trunk is, in essence, a virtual telephone line alternative to the analogue or digital phone lines that many businesses historically used to make phone calls. SIP Trunks are often referred to as SIP channels or SIP lines. Your business will need one SIP Trunk channel for each simultaneous call.
SIP Trunks run over an internet connection, usually your 4G or NBN Broadband Internet Connection.
