- All Support/Labour prices exclude GST unless mentioned.
- Remote or Phone support is billed in 15-minute increments.
- Onsite labour/support carries a minimum charge of 1hr. Anything after the first hour is charged as 15min increments.
- After Hr support will be billed at 1.5 the normal rate.
