- All Support/Labour prices exclude GST unless mentioned.
- Remote or Phone support is billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Onsite labour/support carries a minimum charge of 1hr. Anything after the first hour is charged in 15-minute increments.
- After Hours and Saturdays – 1.5 times the standard rate (Saturday minimum 1 hour).
Sundays and Emergency After Hours—2 times the standard rate (minimum 1 hour).
