14 – Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver our products using express services via several providers based on destination and service available. Shipping times are estimated at between 3 and 5 business days, depending on your location.

15 – Shipping Destinations

Tronic Cloud ships goods Australia wide. At this time, we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us at support@tronic.com.au to enquire about a special order.

16 – Refund Policy

Please choose carefully when selecting products and placing your order. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

17 – Security Policy

When purchasing from Tronic Cloud, credit card details are transmitted through a secure server using a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. Credit card data is not stored by Tronic Cloud after a sales transaction has been processed.

18 – Indemnifications

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Tronic Cloud and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
