The E129 SIP Deskphone is a telephone ideally suited for the needs of basic voice communications. It is best for location-based use cases and can also be one of many useful communication tools for users who rely on common functions like directory, mute, 3-way conference, transfer and other basic functionalities.

Unlike 9600 Series phones, the E129 only supports basic SIP features, not Avaya Aura Advanced SIP Telephony (AST).
